Reid Bodine (Williamsville Boys Soccer) The Bullets picked up the Four Corners Tournament title after sweeping the round robin tourney with four wins. On Saturday against Pleasant Plains, Bodine had two goals in a 3-0 victory to help secure their fourth win of the week. Check out those goals HERE.

Owen Morgan (Taylorville Boys Cross Country) Not only did Morgan pick up the individual title at the Rocket Invite on Saturday morning, he also helped lead his the Tornadoes to a team title. Morgan won the boys race with a time of 15:26.8 while the team finished with 58 points. Highlights HERE.

Madigan Burger (South County Girls Cross Country) The New Berlin student had a busy week with a couple good results. On Tuesday she won the girls race at the Jacksonville Kickoff meet with a time of 19:31.75, then on Saturday she took second and was top local finisher at the Rocket Invite with a time of 19:10. Ki’on Carson (Lincoln Football) The Railsplitter is back on the list this week after a record breaking performance on Friday night. He finished the game with 6 touchdowns; 4 rushing, 1 receiving and a punt return. That sets a new school record for touchdowns in a game while also breaking the school record for career touchdowns.

Mani Moore (Jacksonville Football) A QB sneak to tie the game with 16 seconds left on the clock is a good way to earn a spot on this list. Jacksonville moved to 2-0 with a 35-34 win over MacArthur as Moore scored two touchdowns in the fourth. Moore rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns in the win while also throwing for another 91 yards and a TD. Highlights of the game HERE.

Camren Bigard (Athens Football) A big game against Pleasant Plains for Bigard on Friday night in the 63-21 victory. Bigard had a total of four touchdowns with three rushing and one receiving. He also picked up 191 on the ground and 49 receiving yards. Check out some of those touchdowns and more HERE.

Nolan Mrozowski (Rochester Football) What a way to start a game for Mrozowski. On the first play Friday night he came up with an interception then two plays later rushed for a touchdown to put the Rockets up 6-0. He went on to rush for two more touchdowns as Rochester rolled to a 58-0 win over Springfield High. You can see the highlights HERE.

Joey Bossingham (Normal U-High Volleyball) The Pioneers added a big conference win to their record on Thursday with a two set sweep of Rochester. In that game, Bossingham was getting it done on both sides of the ball for U-High picking up blocks and kills throughout the 25-21, 25-17 victory. Check out the highlights HERE.

Alexis Neumann (Glenwood Volleyball) The Titans battled with Springfield High on Tuesday night and took home a 29-31, 25-20, 25-23 victory. In the win Neumann had some big plays, picking up 6 kills, 3 aces, 4 blocks and 5 digs. See the highlights from the three set victory HERE.

Lach Sullivan (Rochester Soccer) Another big game winner last week came from Sullivan against the Jacksonville Crimsons. He came up with a goal in golden goal overtime for the 2-1 victory. The game winner and more HERE.

Anna Cormeny (Pleasant Plains Volleyball) In a crucial third set against Taylorville on Tuesday, Cormey came up with some big kills to help secure the 21-25, 25-19, 25-21 victory. She finished the match with 8 kills. Highlights of the Cardinals victory HERE.

Ben Wilcoxen (Glenwood Soccer) Glenwood traveled to Lee Field to take on Springfield High on Monday. Wilcoxen scored the lone goal of the game with 23 minutes left for the 1-0 victory. That goal and the rest of the highlights can be seen HERE.
