Williamsville's Jake Pennell broke a 30-30 tie with 1.4 seconds to play, drilling a game winning three pointer in Friday's 2A Eureka Regional final against PORTA. The Bullets had lost to the Bluejays in a regional championship in each of the last two years.
Pennell had three 3's on the night and a game high 14 points for the Bullets. Harrison Creswell chipped in with 10 for Williamsville. Trevor Watson scored a game high 11 for the Bluejays in the final game of his career. Max Muller added nine.
Williamsville will play QND on Tuesday in the Beardstown sectional.
