Pleasant Plains pitchers held Holy Trinity in check for a 3-0 non-conference win. Five Cardinal pitchers combined for a three-hit shutout. Colton Boon and Taylor Brewer each threw two innings, while Cale Hatcher, Sean Lowder and Cooper Schallenberg picked up the last three innings. Charlie Severino led the Pleasant Plains offense, hitting a double and triple as well as scoring the first run of the game.
