JC Anderson scored a basket and got fouled for a three point play with just over 2 minutes to go and the Braves’ defense held on for the one point win. Mt Zion beat Centralia 47-46 to win the 3A Springfield super sectional. Mt Zion will play Mt Carmel on Friday at 9:30 am on Friday morning at the State Farm Center in Champaign.
