Coal City took a 3-0 lead just two minutes in thanks to a fumble recovery. Rochester scored 45 unanswered as the defense did the job yet again for the 11-0 Rockets. Henry Buecker scored three times, Eli Carlson scored twice and Mason Jacobs had two interceptions to power Rochester to a 45-3 win over Coal City in Round Two. The Rockets will play the winner of Mt Zion and Breese Central in the 4A quarterfinals next weekend.
