SHG junior Kaitlyn Lansden competed in the AAU Jr. Olympics last week, where she brought back three gold medals and one silver, the first four-time medalist from the Shudo Kan Karate Club. Lansden talks about her experience in North Carolina and what her future holds, while also getting ready for junior year and competing for the Golden Angels at SHG.
