Makenna Cox led Lutheran High to almost knocking off the top seed in the girls County tournament on Monday afternoon. The Crusaders as the eight seed got a double double with 14 points from Cox, but Adi Fraase the Cardinals were able to prevail. Pleasant Plains beat Lutheran High 37-33 to advance to Thursday’s semifinal against Athens.
