We are happy to be bringing back the Channel1450 Fill the Trailer Food Drive this year with title sponsor Heartland Credit Union and all donations will be going to the Central Illinois Foodbank.
The basic idea is to compete against all the other Channel1450 coverage area football teams in a food drive to see who can collect the most food, by filling a football equipment trailer for each team if we can. The winning football program will receive t-shirts for the team and the winning coaching staff will get Channel1450 quarter zips with your school logo on them as well.
Collection can take place starting Monday October 11, 2021 and finish on Monday, October 25, 2021.

The drop off will be at the foodbank (1937 E Cook St, Springfield, IL 62703) the afternoon of Monday the 25th. We will have assigned drop off times between 1pm and 4pm to keep things going smoothly, depending on the number of teams that participate. Those details will be finalized once we know the number of teams participating. Please contact your head coach and have him let DP know if your program will be participating.
