Kaedyn Royer (North Mac Soccer) The Westminster College commit set a school record this week against Calvary. In the Panthers 8-1 victory he scored 6 goals to be entered into the record books.
Kenna Bixby (New Berlin Volleyball) The Pretzels picked up two big wins last week in close games. The first on Monday in three sets over South County and the second on Thursday inn a 27-25, 26-24 win over Riverton. Bixby has 15 assists, five kills and eight digs against South County and 11 digs, eight kills, six assists, and two blocks versus Riverton.
Sydney McAfee (Pleasant Plains Volleyball) Plains continues to pick up wins this season with a victory over Jacksonville on Monday and a conference win against Porta on Thursday. The freshman McAfee lead the Cardinals with 7 kills against the Lady Jays.
Morgan Rahn (SHG Volleyball) The Cyclones are currently 10-1 this season and senior Morgan Rahn has been a big contributor as expected this season. This week she had 11 kills in a win over Lutheran High on Wednesday and in the victory over Southeast on Thursday she had eight kills, eight digs and two aces.
Conor McCormick (Williamsville Football) The Bullets pulled off another late game drive for the win against North Mac on Friday night. The senior quarterback has 148 yards passing with one touchdown and added 142 yards on the ground with three touchdowns. He also had three two point conversions in the victory.
Bryson Boes (Maroa Forsyth Football) For the second year in a row Boes had a big performance against Pleasant Plains as the Trojans picked up a 74-0 win. The senior had 168 yards rushing, two touchdowns and three two point conversions in the victory.
Kyle Ward (SHG Soccer) The sophomore continues to impress this season for the Cyclones. He scored early against UHigh and again in the second half to lead the Cycs in a 2-1 win over UHigh.
Alexander Eberding (Springfield High Soccer) The Senators traveled to Rochester on Tuesday for a Central State Eight matchup and walked away with a shutout thanks to Eberding. He has eight stopped shots in the victory.
Elijah Owens (Jacksonville Football) A Crimson victory over Lanphier on Friday would seal Coach Grounds’ 100th win and the teams first of the season. The sophomore quarterback finished the game with 142 passing yards and 57 rushing yards along with one rushing touchdown.
Jeffery Elms (Springfield High Football) Junior Elms has been a big piece in the Senators offense this season and had another good game against MacArthur on Friday. He finished with 136 yards rushing with one touchdown and also had 32 yards receiving in the 27-14 victory over the Generals.
