The rain held off for the most part, not coming until the sixth inning when the Railers already had a 4-1 lead, but once it started to come down, Lincoln took complete control. The Railers scored seven seventh inning runs on Taylorville to finish a lopsided 11-1 win. Today’s game was scheduled to be a doubleheader, but the second game will now be played Tuesday.
