SHG found their offensive groove to end the first quarter and took a seven point lead into the half, but Glenbard South and Drake commit Maggie Bair were too much for the Cyclones in the second half. SHG fell 32-27 to Glenbard South in the 3A state semifinal and will play Nazareth on Saturday at 11 a.m. for third place.
