Maroa-Forsyth only led 21-12 at the half, but the defense delivered stop after stop to pick up an offense that turned the ball over twice in the redzone. The Trojans beat the Chester Yellowjackets 49-12 to continue their march through the 2A south bracket.
Maroa-Forsyth will host Tuscola next Saturday at Walter Boyd Field at 1 p.m.
