Cyclones Respond To Second Loss With Blowout Win Over Eisenhower

After blowing a 24 point lead last week in a loss to Springfield the Cyclones took their frustrations out on winless Decatur Eisenhower scoring 55 straight points in the first half to earn a 62-14 win at Eisenhower.

The Panthers though drew first blood thanks to a 92 yard run on the first play from scrimmage by Kevion Brown which lead to a 1 yard TD pass to give Eisenhower the early 6-0 lead but SHG would then go on its 55-0 run thanks mainly to sophomore Isaiah Thompson who scored three touchdowns in the first half, two by quarterback keepers and one via a punt return.

SHG goes to 5-2 overall and host Jacksonville next Friday night.
