Jillian Yakel led the Pleasant Plains Cardinals over the Auburn Trojans in the Sangamon County Tournament Final on Monday night. The Cardinals faced a scare from the Trojans, fighting back from deficits in both sets, but ultimately came out on top in straight sets. Jillian Yakel, Jenny Rush and McKenzie Smith were All-Tournament selections for Plains.
