It took him two days because of a lightning delay but Pleasant Plains quarterback Jacob Cronister helped deliver the school's first football victory ever over Vince Vignali and the Williamsville Bullets last fall. Now those two are teammates for this Friday's Do Or Die Bowl, but we wanted to give them one last chance to square off.
The Do Or Die Bowl is an All Star football game that will pit the best of the best from the Springfield area against the cream of the crop from the Quincy area. This year's game will be played at 7pm on Friday at Quincy University. Next year the game will be played at SHG.
