Garrett Gillette provided the only score of the second half with a 73 yard kick off return of the opening kickoff in a 22-20 Pawnee win over Cerro Gordo on Friday night. Gillette also caught a 50 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Dane Moats.
The win moves Pawnee to 1-1 as they prepare to open conference play in Week 3.
