The Rockets racked up nearly 400 yards on the ground on their way to a Rochester running clock victory 64-26 over Taylorville in the 4A quarterfinals.
Jacob DeRocher had 138 yards on the ground while David Yoggerst and Zach Gleeson each scored twice to power the Rochester run attack.
Clay Bruno threw for over 200 yards and found Riley Lewis and Cade Eddington for a touchdown each as the Rockets went up 35-0 in the second quarter and got the running clock started with 9 minutes to go in the third quarter.
Rochester will travel to Bishop McNamara in Kankakee on Saturday.
