Funny thing about double elimination tournaments is…these two teams will play again on Saturday for the title. Heartland beat Lincoln 8-4 on Friday at noon to advance to the championship. The Loggers went on to beat ICC on Friday night to advance as well, so they’ll meet Saturday at the Corn Crib for the tourney title. If the Loggers win at 12, the two teams will play again in a rubber match to follow for the title.
