Auburn wrestling trailed 12-6 after three matches in the 1A Shelbyville sectional on Tuesday night. After that, the Trojans won 10 of the final 11 matches, all by pin for a 66-18 victory over Benton.
The win sends Auburn to state on Saturday in Bloomington in the Elite Eight where they will wrestle Prairie Ridge at 9 a.m.
