SHG gave Brannan Kraft a four run lead before he even took the mound and he took advantage. The Cyclones put up ten runs on Rochester to earn a season split with a 10-4 victory at Lenz Field in Jacksonville on Friday night.
Matt Brenneisen’s three run triple in the seventh inning blew the game wide open after the Rockets were able to chip away and keep it close, helped by a Cam Edmonson two run homer.
SHG will play Glenwood in their season series next week.
