SHG came out of the gates firing scoring 21 points in the first quarter en route to an easy 42-0 CS8 road win at Normal U-High.
The Cyclones got two touchdown passes from Sam Sweetland as well as two touchdowns runs from seniors Joey Milbrandt and Alec Tabora.
The game ended at 42-0 with 9:16 to go as Normal U-High Sophomore Savion Jackson was seriously injured on a special teams play. Jackson was carted off the field and transported to a local hospital. SHG moves to 1-0 with the win and will play Chatham Glenwood next Friday.
