The Generals fought off a two point halftime lead from Eisenhower to enter the fourth quarter tied 57 all. From there, MacArthur built a ten point lead that they almost let slip away with a late Panther push, but ultimately pulled out a 84-81 win at Robert Witt Gym to avoid the upset.
Armon Brummett had 33 points for the Generals to lead all scorers while Amir Brummett chipped in 17. Yansyn Taylor led the Panthers with 24 points.
