Trevor Minder and Zaire Harris combined for 34 of Springfield’s 62 points as the Senators took third place in the 2017 City Tournament with a 62-54 win over SHG. The Senators trailed 44-40 early in the fourth, but went on a 22-10 run to close out the game.
Minder, playing in his final City Tournament game scored 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Harris, only a sophomore, broke out after being held in check on Thursday with a game high 21 points and six assists.
Springfield rebounded to take third place after losing its first two City games by a combined 64 points.
