In the Foot and Ankle Center of Illinois Game of the Week Springfield High defeated Southeast 52-24 to win the 2026 Girls City Tournament title. Seniors Malorie Harris and Aniyah Rhinehouse led the way with 20 and 19 points respectively. Naveahua Collier led Southeast with 10 points. Its back to back for the Senators as they split last year with SHG and Southeast.
