Every week this fall – DP plans to stop by a practice and talk with the team about their season so far and what’s ahead. The first nine weeks were football practices, this week it’s the second straight week of volleyball. The Rochester Rockets beat Pleasant Plains in the 2A sectional semifinal on Tuesday and DP stopped by practice on Wednesday to discuss the wild second set that went 38-36 against the Cardinals. Kallie Green, Cami Tinder and Brooklynn Lowder look ahead to playing Quincy Notre Dame on Thursday night in Beardstown for a 2A sectional championship.
