Tim Brenneisen threw for 266 yards and four touchdowns, two of which went to Albert Okwuegbunam in a 48-0 SHG rout over Lanphier at Memorial stadium on Friday. Okwuegbunam added a scoop and score touchdown on a blocked punt to run his total to three in the win. Jack Sigourney's 43 yard touchdown reception from Brenneisen gave SHG a 28-0 lead after one quarter.
The Cyclones improve to 7-0 on the season while Lanphier drops to 2-5, effectively eliminating the Lions from playoff contention. SHG has only a home game against Southeast before their Week 9 matchup with Rochester who improved to 7-0 on Friday with a win at Jacksonville.
