Athens dropped the first set of their match to New Berlin, falling 25-21. They bounced back to win 25-14, 25-17 in the final two sets to advance to Monday’s Sangamon County Tournament championship against Pleasant Plains. The Pretzels will play Williamsville in the third place match on Monday at 6, with the championship to follow.
