Glenwood beat Charleston 7-5 to claim the 3A Chatham regional championship but the Trojans didn’t go down without a fight, bringing the tying run to the plate in the seventh inning against the defending 3A state champions. Irie Lohrenz got the win and Alyvia Streb pitched the seventh for the save. Hope Gilmore hit a three run home run for the Titans, who head to Centralia for the sectional semifinal on Tuesday.
