Springfield High rallied in the seventh to force extra innings against Rochester on Tuesday. However, the Rockets pushed seven across in the extra frame to win 11-4. Frank Stefano had four RBI while Ajay Runkel pitched all seven regulation innings for Rochester. Brody Scheffler tossed 6.2 innings for Springfield. Rochester is now 5-2 in conference while Springfield is 3-4. This was the opening day for the new Scheels Sports Park.
