Washington and Glenwood met for their annual non-conference matchup on Friday with the Panthers coming out on top 4-1. Washington pushed three runs across in the fifth and held off the Titans with solid defense, including turning double plays in the fifth and sixth. The loss ends Glenwood’s thirteen game win streak and stretches Washington’s up to eight games. The Titans are off until they play a non-conference game against Rochester on Wednesday.
