Tri-City Sangamon Valley Mt Pulaski stayed undefeated this season with a win in bad weather in the opener of the Tornado Slam at Scheels on Saturday. The Tornadoes beat Springfield High 12-1 on just five hits. The rain and wind made conditions less than ideal to start the game and the Torandoes scored four runs in the first inning before picking up the first hit in the second inning.
