The Glenwood Titans did not score at least ten runs for the first time in seven games on Tuesday as the Cyclones’ Kenzie Wieland kept the Titans off the board after a 5-0 start in the first two innings. Wieland broke up Irie Lohrenz’s perfect game to start the top of the seventh with a single but Lohrenz worked around two hits in the inning to preserve the shutout. Glenwood improved to 7-0 with the 5-0 win over previously undefeated SHG. The Titans are scheduled to travel to Lincoln in CS8 action on Wednesday, while SHG heads to the Scheels tournament in Springfield this weekend.
