Scoreless after nine innings it was Normal U-High’s Makenzie Post who hit a three-run home run to open up the scoring in the top of the tenth as the Pioneers earned a 6-0 CS8 win over Rochester. The Pioneers move to 1-0 in the conference and host Tolono Unity on Friday while Rochester travels to QND on Wednesday.
