Chicago Taft entered the fourth inning against Auburn with a two-run advantage. The Eagles then struck for seven in the frame and defeated Auburn 17-3. Victoria Perez had a big day at the plate for Taft, going 5-5 with three RBI and two triples. Giada Sinclair had a two run double for Auburn in the first inning. The Trojans don’t have to wait long for game two this season as they head to Staunton tomorrow.
