Routt Catholic had a lead for much of the fourth quarter and held on late as Brown County made a push. Brady Turner came up with a huge steal and Bryson Mossman finished off another great scoring night. Routt beat Brown County 49-45 to claim the 1A Nokomis sectional championship, Routt’s first ever in school history. The Rockets will play Goreville on Monday the Bowl in Jacksonville at 7 pm for a trip to state.
