The MacArthur Generals will play in their first super sectional in school history following a 66-42 win over Normal U-High for the 3A Mahomet Seymour sectional title on Friday night. The Generals were led in scoring by Tishawn Clemmons with 16 points while Sean Lee added 14. Owen Kirby and Devin Fitzgerald both scored 9 for the Pioneers. MacArthur will play East St Louis at the BOS Center Super Sectional on Monday at 7pm. U-High’s season comes to a close at 27-7.
