After the Explorers scored the first basket of the game, Pleasant Plains went on a 31-1 run to put the game out of reach in a hurry. The Cardinals beat Alton Marquette 52-21 in the 2A North Mac sectional semifinal to advance into the to title game on Thursday at 6 pm against Father McGivney.
