After scoring just seconds off the opening tip, Pleasant Plains did not score again until 4:02 left in the first half. O’Fallon’s defense delivered the Panthers a 43-36 win over the Cardinals to open the 2026 Bank of O’Fallon Shootout on Saturday. The Cardinals suffered their second loss of the season and will look to rebound against Riverton on Monday. Josie Christopher led the Panthers with 24 points while Bailey Leach had 10 for Plains.
