With ten seconds left, Mt. Pulaski trailed Illini Bluffs 33-31. Alyson Murphy then drove down the floor to tie the game in the final seconds and send the game to OT. The Hilltoppers scored several free throws in the extra period to win 39-35 and improve to 20-0 while Illini Bluffs falls to 20-3. Murphy scored 24 points for the Hilltoppers and they’ll continue their season on Monday against Armstrong.
