Lock down defense to start the second and third quarters was enough for the Senators to build a big lead to open up the 2026 City Tournament. Springfield High put a running clock on Lanphier for a 55-25 victory to move the Senators to 1-0 in the girls City tourney. Aniyah Rhinehouse and Mallory Harris led the Senators with 10 points each.
