Deer Creek Mackinaw led by nine over PORTA with six minutes remaining at North Mac Holiday Hoopfest. The Bluejays then closed to within two, thanks to a three pointer from Allison Vogel. A block and fast break score sealed the game for the top seeded Chiefs 46-41. Dalia DeJesus was named tournament MVP for Dee Mack. PORTA returns to action on Friday against Calhoun.
