Pawnee jumped out to a 12-0 lead in their quarterfinal at North Mac’s Holiday Hoopfest. Piasa Southwestern could only close as far as seven points and Pawnee went on to win 42-24. Three Indians scored in double figures, Kaylynn Kooi and Ava Rodriguez-Mansholt leading the way with 13. Pawnee will play Deer Creek Mackinaw at noon in Monday’s semifinal.
