Week 15 of the new segment this school year – DP takes time each week to stop by a practice and talk to the team and coach about the season so far and their expectations for the rest of the year. This week is a bit of a season preview as DP pulls up to the SHG Cyclones practice as they head into Central State Eight play this week. Tim Allen’s Cyclones lost the season opener to Bolingbrook in the Decatur Turkey Tourney last Tuesday and now prepare to host Lincoln on Tuesday night at Jim Belz gymnasium. We spoke with the four juniors who are the core group for SHG – Tereik Hurd, Myles Montgomery, Cam Brinkman and Terrion Wallace as well as Coach Allen about expectations and team chemistry.
