Pleasant Plains won the Battle for General Grant’s Saber with a 26-20 victory over New Berlin on Friday. The Cardinals trailed by six at halftime but scored 12 unanswered points in the second half for the 26-20 win. This also marks the first victory as head coach of the Cardinals for Logan Larson. Pleasant Plains travels to Maroa Forsyth next week while New Berlin hosts Auburn.
