The arena at the Illinois State Fair was thunderous with five monster trucks prowling the track on the opening night of the fair. Drivers competed in racing and freestyle events, with other supporting vehicles competing in time trials as well. We also spoke to drivers Tim Hall Jr, Cliff Turner and Brandi Schmidt before the event.
