Leslie Messina was promoted from assistant to head coach of the Lincoln Land softball program, taking the place of retired coach John Marsaglia. Messina has previous head coaching experience at Texarkana, Kilgore, Blackburn and Illinois College. Messina shared her thoughts on taking over the program and what she has learned in her previous positions.
