The Glenwood Titans improved to 36-1 this season with a commanding 5-0 win over Crystal Lake Prairie Ridge in the 3A state semifinal at Louisville Slugger Sports Complex in Peoria on Friday afternoon. Irie Lohrenz threw a complete game shutout and Mollie Cascio, Taryn Griffith, Ava Bobb and Hope Gilmore all had RBI hits against the Wolves. The Titans will play Providence Catholic on Saturday at 11:30 am for the 3A state championship.
