AJ Charpentier took a no hitter into the seventh inning against Springfield High on Tuesday. Brody Scheffler singled to end the no-hit bid but Charpentier finished the inning for a 5-0 Crimson victory. Both teams take the field tomorrow for home contests. Springfield will play Normal U-High and Jacksonville hosts Lanphier.
