Rochester trailed Plainfield North 4-0 in the bottom of the seventh inning on Saturday afternoon. The Rocket bats then got going, scoring three runs and getting the tying run to second base. But a fly out to center ended the game with a 4-3 Rochester loss. The Rockets rebounded with a win over Joliet West in the afternoon and they host Lakes in their next game on Monday.
