Taylorville defeated Sacred Heart-Griffin 41-31 for a late season non-conference win. The Tornadoes entered the quarter up just five but eventually extended the lead up to sixteen points. Addison Tarr was the game’s leading scorer with 11 points. Grace Rogers was close behind with 10. The Cyclones next game will be a Regional Quarterfinal at home against Riverton on Saturday while the Tornadoes play O’Fallon tomorrow in their final regular season contest.
